PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: We accept Visa/Mastercard and Paypal. If you wish to send a cashier's check or money order, contact the shop at 408-779-9337 and confirm with an email to sales@pegasusperf.com Shipping and handling is based on our cost to pick, pack and ship your the product. In the Continental US we quote a flat rate for shipping.

 

TRACKING NUMBERS: We will ship your item as soon as possible and as a courtesy to you, send you an e-mail with the tracker number as long as you supply a valid email address.

 

INSURANCE: Some items require insurance as an additional charge, others have it included.

 

RATES: Shipments to Hawaii (TYPICALLY AIR, BLUE LABEL), Alaska and any international shipments is to be determined based upon where you live. We list flat rates based upon the weight of the parts. We ship EXCLUSIVELY VIA FEDERAL EXPRESS DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL - NO USPS INTERNATIONAL, DON'T EVEN ASK!. If you wish a different shipping method, please specify that in an e-mail to sales on your order.

 

ALL International orders may be placed via Bank Transfer of US$ ONLY or Confirmed PayPal buyers. Only Canadian International customers may use a credit card. International customers MUST include/send us your telephone number!

 

COMBINED SHIPPING: We will discount your shipping charges when you purchase multiple items. Your rate will be based on the actual weight/dimensions of your order after packing. Handling charges, shipping insurance, delivery charges etc. will be applied as appropriate for your shipment method.

 

LTL SHIPMENTS: Shipments too large to be shipped by regular means that are too heavy (palletized) are shipped as Less than TruckLoad with a trucking company we agree upon. You must provide your e-mail address and telephone number so we can give it to the trucking company to schedule the pickup of your parts from us, and to contact you when they intend to deliver your products.

IMPORTANT PAYPAL NOTE: For PayPal checkouts, ONLY VERIFIED PayPal users with CONFIRMED PayPal address will be accepted.

 

VISA/MASTERCARD PURCHASES: For Visa and Mastercard purchases on our website. The store will ask for your Visa/Mastercard number, expiration date, 3 digit security code on the back of your card (for your security and it is a Verisign(TM) requirement). You must provide your credit card billing address and shipping address if different. Your your payment and e-mail you a receipt prior to shipment. You may use your credit card if reside in the United States or Canada ONLY!

If you send us a payment, DO NOT USE CERTIFIED MAIL, this will delay your order.

 

We do not accept cashier's checks or money orders for international orders! We have had issues with foreign banks and will not accept them, NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

We will ship your item immediately when we clear your payment (usually within 3-5 business days) and send you an e-mail with the tracker number.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS We will special order products for you for a minimal processing fee and you pay the freight to our facility and back out to you. We will offer the best discount that we can. All that we ask, is you specify what the item is that you want. You must then confirm our quotation to you and Pay via PayPal or Cashier's Check/Money order. We will assign you an order number. Please ensure we have your e-mail address, shipping adress and telephone number. This is FOR ALL ORDERS and includes domestic and international orders.

 

RETURNS POLICY: We have a liberal returns policy, however, If an items was installed, we will deduct a 25% re-stocking fee (to cover cleaning, R&R, Repackaging) along with shipping. If we deem the item was damaged due to installation, no refund will be given. If you mis-ordered the part (which we will do our best NOT to happen, ask us and we'll honestly tell you what will work on your bike) you will pay a 15% restocking fee plus freight. If we screw up, we cover everything (freight, replacement, etc) within REASON of course. All returns request MUST be sent via-email with your Name, Address, Telephone and order number to pegasusperformance@sbcglobal.net.
